SHIPPING

Most orders are shipped the same day the order is placed.

We use the most reliable shipping companies, and offer excellent rates. If you need your order expedited beyond our regular ground service, the cost for that service will be billed to you.

Please check all shipments carefully for damage or shortages. Damages or shortages must be noted on the freight bill, or with the delivery driver. Failure to do so places the responsibility for any loss on the consignees.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your package has been damaged in transit, please save the merchandise, the original box and any packing materials. Please notify MediaRight immediately within 24 hours. You can reach us via email, or call us at one of the phone numbers listed at Contact Us. Please be as specific as possible in describing the extent and nature of the damages. Include your daytime telephone number and email address. To help us expedite the return process and quickly locate your order information, be sure to include your order number or invoice number, listed on your packing slip. We will contact you to make arrangements for a carrier inspection and pickup of the damaged merchandise.

RETURN MERCHANDISE POLICY

Products will not be acceptable for return credit if they are: shopworn goods, discontinued packaging, broken cellophane or shrink-wrap, or outdated merchandise.

Merchandise cannot be returned for credit without the prior approval of an authorized MediaRight representative.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If you change your mind, or need to change or cancel an order, please try to do so immediately, before the product has shipped. If an order has already shipped, and is then refused by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the round-trip freight costs. Special situations can be discussed with and pre-approved by an authorized MediaRight representative. We reserve the right in those situations to use a MediaRight approved carrier.

PAYMENT TERMS

We accept Mastercard, Visa & American Express Cards and cash, or you can quickly establish a MediaRight account with us. To apply for credit terms please submit a Credit Application. For information regarding your terms, please contact us at Contact Us. If your orders are Tax-Exempt, please supply us with that information as well.

PRODUCT GUARANTEE

At MediaRight, we have aligned ourselves with the most highly respected and supportive manufacturers, and we work closely with them to support you. If a manufacturer’s product is found to be defective, please contact us immediately. We will work with the manufacturer and their technical team to determine the source of the problem, and find a solution for the future as quickly as possible.
